Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Director to join our team at SkillsKraft in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.

About the Role

This is a full-time role that requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and trends. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee the sales team's performance and establish and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee the sales team's performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Director or similar role in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to analyze market data and make informed business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Estimated salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2000000 per annum.
