Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Development Lead who will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our assigned sales market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Analyze markets to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new strategies to drive business growth
- Administer the entire sales process, including target customer identification, sales push, and deal completion
- Manage pricing, deal pricing, and other sales proposal activities
- Create outreach plans and branding for marketing and sales
- Provide an interface with senior management and junior staff regarding value-based product proposals and marketing to ensure optimized OEM sales
- Identify new markets to widen the market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation
- Involve in direct customer negotiations in association with sales directors

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales applications or technology sales
- Experience in Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
- Good communication skills
- Techno-functional bent of mind
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
