About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with sales goals and company values.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to set realistic targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the plywood and laminates industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns tailored to the plywood and laminates market.
