About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team at SAS One Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and connect with potential clients and partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Exhibitions and Trade Shows: Represent SAS One at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads, network with potential clients, and promote our solutions.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
