Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector. This includes conducting market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitive positioning.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with the technical teams to align client needs with our service offerings.
  • Share market insights and client feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote CloudTrains and build professional connections.
  • Stay updated on tech trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in IT Sales: web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital marketing in markets like the USA, UK, and UAE.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT sales.
