Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Shalimar Corp Ltd. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership, financial expertise, and strategic thinking. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial growth, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20-25 years of experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a Real Estate company. A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives
  • Oversee financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to mitigate risk and improve governance
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, to senior management and stakeholders
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

  • CA certification
  • Minimum 20-25 years of experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a Real Estate company
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of IND AS, audits, and other regulatory requirements in the financial field

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
