Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Dreamstel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales strategy, market research, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze markets and identify opportunities to secure new businesses
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate deals
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales strategy, market research, and lead generation
  • Experience in Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
  • Good communication skills
