Job Description

Vrinda Global seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner for Talent Development to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and development. This role will focus on implementing best practices in talent management, total rewards, and labour and employee relations.

About the Role
  • Develops and implements talent management programs using best practices to enhance employee engagement.
  • Addresses complex HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees and refers them to applicable specialists as needed.
  • Monitors market trends and implements HR plans to address development needs in assigned departments or business units.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Labor and Employee Relations specialists to resolve complex employee relations issues.
  2. Advises executives and managers on effective performance appraisals based on input from Talent Management specialists.
  3. Consults with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies related to engagement, talent acquisition, and talent development.
Job Requirements
  • Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs consistent with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conducts HR-related investigations and outlines corrective actions mandated by HR policy.
  • Maintains up-to-date records of candidate and employee information in various HR systems.
What We Offer
