HR Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Lead to join our team at Dayal Fertilizer Pvt Ltd. in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₹ 60 lakhs per annum, making it an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human capital activities at our organization, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are followed, and driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and practices aligned with the company's vision, mission, and value systems;
  • Identifying and implementing industry best practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing strategic HR insights and solutions;
  • Collaborating with functional heads to identify talent gaps, create succession plans, and design development programs;
  • Planning and executing various learning and organizational development initiatives;
  • Creating and tracking team performance through OKR models and providing timely feedback to employees.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 15 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership positions;
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership, including experience in the agri-business sector or manufacturing industries;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
