Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer to join our team in Kanpur. As a Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, engineers, and key contractors to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through aggressive prospecting and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IDEA clients, providing support and information, and recommending new products and services.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Manage and achieve sales volume, value, and growth targets.
- Generate project sales through architects, builders, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through ongoing training and professional development.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- 2-3 years of experience in project sales or builder, architect sales.
- Age group: 23-35 years.
- Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) / B.Tech/M.Tech (Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Concrete Technology).
