  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance performance, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary range of ₹24,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and incentives.
