We are seeking a Strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by leveraging strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Proven track record of success in client management, sales, and business development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (depending on experience)
