Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders for Strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure the needs of our clients are met and their expectations are managed. You will work closely with Service lines and Global Account management teams to achieve this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborating with Service lines and Global Account management teams to develop and execute account strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need 7-10 years of experience in a related field. You should have a strong understanding of business development, account management, and strategic partnerships. Your ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and services will be crucial to success. You must be able to collaborate effectively with sales, Service line SMEs, and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on industry standards and location (Hyderabad).
