About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Executive to join our team at PAD Integrated Marketing & Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Long-Term Relationships: Establish strong, lasting connections with clients through proactive communication and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Clearly convey ideas, campaign updates, and project results both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless client engagement.
  • Project Management and Time Efficiency: Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Brief Writing and Understanding: Prepare and interpret client briefs with a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Utilization of Tools and Technology: Effectively utilize tools like Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing client presentations and reports.
  • Negotiation and Leadership Skills: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate deliverables, project scopes, and timelines, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand services for current clients and collaborate with the team to implement upselling strategies.

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with client goals and agency capabilities.
  • Financial Acumen: Possess a basic understanding of financial metrics related to projects, including budgeting and invoicing.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and the ability to understand how digital strategies can enhance client campaigns.
