Job Overview:

Vipsa Talent Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: ₹7,50,000 - ₹10,50,000 per annum
