About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Tech Mahindra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Account Management Skills:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure that services are delivered within budget and meet client expectations.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to discuss progress, share best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and communicate potential upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to the sales team, driving business development and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling end-to-end IT services to Global System Integrators.
  • Established relationships with telecom vertical clients.
  • Professional background in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

What We Offer:

Tech Mahindra offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
