Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Outreach Strategist in Hyderabad, focusing on driving brand outreach and enhancing client experience (CX).

About the Role

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, engaging them through tailored experiences, and scaling up outreach activities across Hyderabad and Chennai.

You will be the key point of contact for regional retail efforts, managing client engagement and playing a crucial role in coordinating seamless execution of client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seeding & Acquisition: Engage and reconnect with existing clients to create interest and drive walk-ins, expanding reach and seeding efforts across Hyderabad and Chennai.
  • Client Experiences: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the region, ensuring cohesive execution of client experiences through coordination with retail and Symova teams.
  • Bespoke Engagement: Increase engagement for bespoke services, targeting repeat clients from Zoya and new clients from the Private Client Group (PCG), monitoring ongoing opportunities and proactively creating new ones.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client development, client engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, for data tracking and insights analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and tracking feedback effectively.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to scale up brand outreach initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
