Key Account Development Representative

We're a pioneering home decor startup, revolutionizing the D2C space.
About us:
- Our self-watering planters have been an instant hit, making plant parenting a breeze.
- We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.
We're looking for a talented individual to help us shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions.
Your role will involve:
- Actively engaging with retail stores and distributors to meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Identifying and onboarding new retail stores to expand our presence and ensure optimal coverage in the assigned territory
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors to enhance product placement and availability
- Executing company sales strategies and promotional activities at the store level to drive product sales and visibility
You'll work closely with distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of products. Additionally, you'll provide regular sales updates, reports, and insights to the sales manager, highlighting challenges and opportunities in the territory.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in general trade sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and establish strong trade relationships
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, we'd love to hear from you.
