Job Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Collaborating with the Business Development team to develop and execute winning bid strategies
2. Conceptualizing solutions and creating compelling presentations
3. Ensuring timely and quality proposal delivery, while maintaining 100% compliance
4. Defining and implementing achievable bid plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
5. Adhering to company processes and procedures, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and stakeholders
6. Representing clients and delivering product/solution demonstrations
7. Analyzing bid pricing competitiveness and providing benchmarking data
8. Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, guiding teams to improve skill and ensure quality on-time deliverables
9. Conducting internal sessions on best practices and supporting cross-functional teams when needed
10. Maintaining 100% repository update and MIS compliance of the entire team
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Proven experience in IT Presales & Bid Management or a similar role
2. Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives
3. In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Bid Management
4. Proficiency in using presentation tools and software
5. Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively
6. Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI
What We Offer:
Candidates can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
