Senior Account Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Solutions Manager to join our team at Allwave-AV Systems in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize our AV solutions.
- Regularly monitor client usage patterns and system performance to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align their business goals with our solutions, ensuring ongoing success.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including usage metrics, renewal timelines, and feedback on product performance.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in account management or related customer-facing roles within the Facilities Management/Hospitality industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and usage data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of effectively resolving client issues while maintaining a positive relationship.
