Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Practice and enhance your sales techniques, such as cold calling and closing deals, while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Research market trends and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Keep the client information database updated and accurate, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Assist senior sales representatives on client calls and meetings, coordinating and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Respond to initial client inquiries and ensure timely escalation of complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Promote Premier People Logistic Solutions' services through social media and presentation skills, enhancing brand awareness.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success by maintaining a self-driven mindset.

Training and Development:

  • Engage in structured training sessions to deepen your understanding of our services and hone your sales skills.
  • Participate in real-world projects and assignments that provide exposure to the full sales cycle and business development practices.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and solutions.
  • Provide feedback and propose innovative ideas to enhance client experience and streamline sales processes.
