We at Jio are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to lead our Mobility Sales operations in the Haridwar, Uttarakhand region.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Graduation and an MBA degree preferred

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets for assigned territories (Urban & Rural)
  • Managing various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)
  • Planning and achieving product-wise and town-wise growth
  • Developing new markets through effective channel management
  • Driving device, activation, and recharge business through distributors
  • Managing key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets
  • Ensuring implementation and compliance of policies and processes
  • Monitoring and training the team and channel partners

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Knowledge of channel sales strategies
  • Product knowledge and market understanding
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities
  • Customer focus and target-oriented mindset

We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹15 lakhs to ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package is competitive and reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
