Sales and Business Development Executive

We at Jio are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to lead our Mobility Sales operations in the Haridwar, Uttarakhand region.
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development
- Graduation and an MBA degree preferred
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets for assigned territories (Urban & Rural)
- Managing various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)
- Planning and achieving product-wise and town-wise growth
- Developing new markets through effective channel management
- Driving device, activation, and recharge business through distributors
- Managing key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets
- Ensuring implementation and compliance of policies and processes
- Monitoring and training the team and channel partners
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Knowledge of channel sales strategies
- Product knowledge and market understanding
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Customer focus and target-oriented mindset
We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹15 lakhs to ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package is competitive and reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
