We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our client, a leading lubricant company in B2B sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B/institutional sales in the lubricants, tyres, or bearings industries. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the assigned regions, with a focus on local markets. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in lubricants with a B.Sc background can also be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Familiarity with local markets in the assigned regions
