Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a qualified pool of candidates.
  3. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
  4. Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  7. Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification of selected candidates.
  8. Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other recruitment events.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to create and update recruitment policies and procedures.
  11. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-10 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
