As a **Sales and Marketing Executive**, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting and selling our company’s range of sanitaryware products. Your mission? Driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach potential clients in the Sanitary and hardware sector. Your goal? Boost sales and revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**: Deep dive into our sanitaryware product portfolio. Understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points. Be the go-to expert for clients.
- **Market Research**: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends. Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Use this knowledge to tailor your approach.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address their queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team. Provide insights on market demand, customer feedback, and competitor analysis. Collaborate on promotional campaigns.
- **Sales Targets**: Track sales data meticulously. Ensure that sales quotas are met or exceeded. Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Network with potential clients, suppliers, and industry influencers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
