Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in the lubricant market by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lubricant market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricant industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products
  • Familiarity with local markets in assigned regions
