We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Consumer Services business in India. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic business development and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate sales opportunities and develop business cases to present to clients
  • Expand market reach and grow profits by developing and executing effective business development strategies
  • Puts product/technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders following sales and pricing policy
  • Improve customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business
  • Benchmark product against source, data, and competitors
  • Assure compliance with regulatory requirements in areas of regulated businesses
  • Take accountability for completing projects on time and conforming to standards set
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in solution sales/consulting environment or financial services environment
  • Exposure to BFSI domain and solid B2B experience
  • Understanding of product functionality from a technology perspective
  • Able to lead teams towards a unified direction along with senior leadership and partners
