We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Kottayam, Kerala.

About the Role:

As a Channel Sales Lead, you will be responsible for activating SIM cards at retail outlets and meeting targets. You will also focus on increasing retail width and product availability, managing channel partner productivity, and training field sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Market Share by expanding retail presence and increasing product availability
  • Manage channel partners and distributors to achieve productivity goals
  • Train and ensure required field sales executives are equipped to meet targets
  • Maintain adequate stock levels with distributors and retailers
  • Strengthen distribution network by increasing recharge selling outlets and SIM selling outlets
  • Monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives to report to Jio Centre and State S&D team
  • Propose requirements to enhance visibility in the territory

Skill Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of products and market trends
  • Experience in channel sales and team management
  • Strong relationship management and target orientation skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
