The Role: Enterprise Sales Lead
We're seeking a high-impact sales leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for retail technology. As our Enterprise Sales Lead, you'll drive revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and expand our presence in the Retail Tech sector.
- Hunt & Cultivate Leads: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting market research to understand their unique challenges.
- Proposal Architect: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals showcasing YALLO Retail's value proposition and addressing specific client needs.
- Relationship Master: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strategic Collaborator: Work seamlessly with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Metrics Maestro: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to consistently outperform sales goals.
- Industry Expert: Stay current on Retail Tech trends to position YALLO Retail as a thought leader within the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services or recruitment agency sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the Retail Technology landscape is a plus.
