Job Title: Distributor Network Sales Development Manager

A sales-focused role at SI Surgical Pvt Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Distributor Network Sales Development Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with distributors within our network. Key responsibilities include identifying new distribution channels, managing existing distributor partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the supply chain and sales process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Distributor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors, serving as the primary point of contact between our company and the distributor network.
  • Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the distributor network by monitoring and analyzing distributor performance, ensuring sales quotas are met.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new distributor opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to expand the distributor network, and track industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Promotions and Marketing Support: Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure distributors have the latest promotional materials and campaigns, supporting localized marketing efforts to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on distributor sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing feedback to senior management on distributor performance and market conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sales, particularly within a distributor network or similar channel sales model.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and internal teams.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze market data, track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; preferred qualifications include experience in the industry or product category, multilingual abilities, or familiarity with international distribution channels.
Working Conditions:
  • Remote Work Option: Full-time remote work available with frequent travel to distributor locations; flexibility in work hours due to international distributors requiring meetings outside regular office hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $50-$60k
