Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Medical Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in driving growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market reach within the healthcare and hospital services sectors.
This position involves:
- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Identifying and targeting potential clients in the healthcare industry for our Med-EdTech solutions
- Making presentations and platform demonstrations to key stakeholders to illustrate our platform's benefits
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Creating and managing a sales network that includes external distributors, sales facilitators
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing detailed reports, and providing regular updates to management on sales targets and achievements
The ideal candidate should be willing to travel within and outside Chennai for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Masters in Hospital Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the EdTech, HealthTech, or MedTech industry
- Strong communication skills in English, speaking level fluency in Hindi and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and establishing solid client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to take initiative
The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Medical Sales Development Representative at Hxplain Med-EdTech, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits.
