Revenue Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Generation Manager to join our team at PeopleStrong. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our customer base in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy to drive expansion of our customer base in the enterprise market.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales and marketing principles and ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $190,000 per year.
