Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Strategist to join our team at Harvard Business Publishing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and revenue management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective revenue recognition strategies across all business segments.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to support non-contract invoicing and develop functional understanding of data integration tools.
  • Support new processes and build repeatable systems to achieve efficiencies of scale.
Requirements
  • Post Graduate degree in Finance with minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management.
  • Strong working knowledge of contracting principles and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, flexible, and able to set priorities and manage high volume of requests.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel, and knowledge of WorkDay: Customer Invoices, Customer Contracts, Revenue Recognition or similar experience is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
