**About the Position:**
The Site Operations and Revenue Management Lead will play a critical role in driving sales performance and maximizing site revenue at Roswalt Realty. This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of sales operations, revenue management, and demand generation.     Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, including revenue management, demand generation, and sales closures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales budgets and plans, and monitor progress against goals
- Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
    Requirements:
- Estimated Salary: ₹1,300,000 - ₹1,900,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to strategize and execute plans effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
