We are looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to lead customer retention and growth initiatives for L&T Finance. Estimated Salary: ₹1800000/year.

About the Job:

This role involves developing and executing strategies to minimize churn, improve customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, experience with MarTech tools, and expertise in digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer retention and growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to segment customers based on behavior and demographics, driving hyper-personalized campaigns.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue through targeted product offerings.
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and optimize processes related to customer retention for increased efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, digitization, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive efforts across functions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee retention initiative budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and report KPIs such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and retention rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in MarTech tools like Clevertap, Salesforce, CDP, Google Analytics, UAC, ASO, and AI/ML.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict 10+ years of experience in customer retention, growth strategies, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
