About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • To act as a sales specialist and ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
  • To work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
