Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at upGrad. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of counselors and tele callers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team sales skills.
  • Continuously improve the sales process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Oversee customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management with at least 5-6 years of experience in education or related industries.
  • Strong sales leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
