Revenue Management Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Strategist to optimize room and catering revenue for our entire portfolio of hotels. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Front Office teams to develop and execute revenue management strategies that maximize revenues.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenues for our diverse hotel portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry.
- Stay updated with the latest revenue management trends and technologies to ensure our hotels remain competitive.
- Implement quality assurance programs and contribute to long-range planning.
- Generate performance reports on key metrics and market trends.
- Experience: 1+ years of revenue management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management systems.
- In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, budget forecasting, and more.
- Proficiency in using PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to implement optimal strategies.
