About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Revenue & Excellence Strategist to join our team at The House of Abhinandan Lodha. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through various digital platforms and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and implement monetizable 'digital-led' customer propositions to enhance overall business profitability.
  • Oversee and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize technology platforms to analyze and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to deadlines.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive team performance and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong background in social media marketing across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing ROI.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms for digital marketing analytics and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field from a Tier 1 institute.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on revenue generation and customer acquisition.

Salary: ₹2500000 - ₹3500000 per annum
