About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Revenue & Excellence Strategist to join our team at The House of Abhinandan Lodha. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through various digital platforms and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Identify and implement monetizable 'digital-led' customer propositions to enhance overall business profitability.
- Oversee and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
- Utilize technology platforms to analyze and optimize digital marketing performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive team performance and career growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong background in social media marketing across various platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing ROI.
- Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms for digital marketing analytics and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field from a Tier 1 institute.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Salary: ₹2500000 - ₹3500000 per annum
