Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at The Hosteller Hospitality Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel revenue management, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitive set data to make informed pricing decisions.

You will also be responsible for managing room inventory and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and ADRs. This includes ensuring accurate and up-to-date room availability across all distribution channels, utilizing a channel management system to control inventory and rates effectively.

In addition, you will create and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support revenue planning, manage dynamic pricing based on demand during seasons, off-seasons, weekends, etc., and conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities and threats.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive set data to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Manage room inventory and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and ADRs.
  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support revenue planning.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality management, Business or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, GDS, IDS, etc).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the hotel industry.
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
