Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Referral Business Lead to drive our referral program initiatives at LivSpace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers of that experience centre to generate referral leads, driving input efforts for referrals among all Business Managers (BMs), conducting audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of relevant experience in driving sales numbers and a proven track record of managing referral programs or sales initiatives. You will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact with existing customers and generate new referral leads for a particular Experience Center (EC).
  • Drive input efforts for referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement.
  • Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
  • Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
Requirements
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
