Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive our referral program initiatives at Livspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving input efforts for referrals among all Business Managers (BMs), conducting audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers.

  • Drive Referral Generation: Ensure regular touchpoints and engagement with BMs to drive input efforts for referrals.
  • Audit and Reward Management: Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
  • Repeat Referral Strategies: Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
  • Structured Approach: Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
  • Compliance and Awareness: Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
  • Performance Targets: Drive an average of 3.5 referrals per adopted BM and 2.5 referrals per other BM, achieving 100% monthly overall targets per adopted BM, and meeting cohort referral targets for other BMs to drive program success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education**: Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree.
  • Experience**: 2-4 years of relevant experience in driving sales.
  • Proven Track Record**: Proven experience in managing referral programs or sales initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
  • Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management Skills**: Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives effectively.
  • Data Analysis Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
  • Team Player**: Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
