Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead our referral program initiatives at Livspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving referral efforts among Business Managers, conducting regular audits, disbursing rewards, and designing sales strategies to boost repeat referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive referral efforts among all Business Managers through regular engagement and touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough audits and manage the timely disbursal of referral rewards.
  • Develop targeted strategies to enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers.
  • Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
  • E nsure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
  • Achieve an average of 3.5 referrals per adopted Business Manager and 2.5 referrals per other Business Manager.
  • Meet monthly overall targets per adopted Business Manager.
  • Drive program success by meeting cohort referral targets for other Business Managers.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in driving sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in managing referral programs or sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive results through data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and program integrity.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,800,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
