Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in pan India. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing proposals for facility management services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M&E and hard and soft FM services, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the tender process with regards to commercial and public sector procurement. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and comfortably manage conflict in a professional manner.

This role involves strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals. You will work closely with our teams to develop and implement processes to standardize and enhance pan India sales, as well as provide guidance and leadership to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING NEW KEY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DEVELOPING PROPOSALS FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
  • MANAGING EXISTING ACCOUNTS, CONTRACTS, AND RENEWALS
  • PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND LEADERSHIP TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE FLOW OF WORK

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience developing and implementing processes to standardize and enhance pan India sales
  • Business planning & auditing experience
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances
  • Ability to engage at all levels, comfortably managing conflict in a professional manner
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience of independently managing a P&L

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
