Business Development Director

We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in diverse industries. The role involves data sourcing, lead generation, sales meetings, and client coordination. Key responsibilities include identifying decision-makers, maintaining client data, and negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities:- Data Sourcing & Management:
- Identify decision-makers in sectors like IT, Pharma, and more using Google and offline networks.
- Maintain detailed client data in the CRM, including company details and industry insights.
- Outbound Lead Generation:
- Use cold calling and networking to reach potential clients.
- Attend industry events to pitch Raasta's services and generate leads.
- Sales Meetings & Proposals:
- Lead client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver proposals and customize pitches.
- Sales Conversations & Negotiations:
- Negotiate deals that align with Raasta's profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team to ensure smooth communication.
- Client Coordination & CRM Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and document all interactions in the CRM.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports, keeping the team updated on progress.
- Financial Management & Collections:
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment tracking, and manage collections while maintaining strong client relations.
- Marketing & Creative Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams to align client needs with strategic solutions.
- Internal Sales Reporting:
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to assess sales strategies and performance.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and a knack for strategic thinking.
- A proven track record in lead generation, sales negotiations, and meeting targets.
