About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive strategic sales efforts and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through extensive market research and network development
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Represent iKeva professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility
