Job Title: Business Development Director - Talent Acquisition

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Director to drive the growth of our talent acquisition services. This senior-level role is ideal for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and a proven track record of building and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will work independently to develop new business opportunities, focusing on domestic markets, and will play a critical role in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Independently identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the domestic market for our talent acquisition services.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow our talent acquisition business, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify key sectors and opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their talent needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with company objectives. Close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide consultative expertise to potential clients on best practices in talent acquisition, offering customized solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Networking and Branding: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand and generate leads.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights into performance, pipeline development, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on talent acquisition, recruitment services, or staffing solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition landscape, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in independently acquiring and managing high-value clients in the domestic market.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, driving results through initiative and creativity.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Preferred Skills:
  • Established network within the recruitment or talent acquisition industry.
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships or alliances to grow business.
  • Ability to forecast and meet revenue goals.
