About the Role:

NxtWave is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role offers a competitive salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demo sessions for students at colleges and their parents showcasing the benefits of NxtWave CCBP 4.0 products.
  • Present the value proposition clearly, emphasizing the program's potential to boost future career prospects in the tech industry.
  • Engage with parents and students to understand their aspirations and needs, guiding them toward making informed decisions about enrolling in CCBP 4.0 programs.
  • Manage the sales funnel effectively, from lead nurturing to enrollment closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting demo session attendees into program participants.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Telugu.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
