Job Title: Head of Business Development

Bullmen Realty is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Manage a team of business development professionals to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and report on business performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in real estate or a related industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
