About the Role

The Head of Learning and Development Strategy will have accountability for coordinating L&D tasks of all locations and facilities, including talent learning, talent development, talent succession processes, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective learning domain processes, coordination, and working tasks execution.
  • Closely work with all section leaders and employees to ensure seamless integration of L&D initiatives.
  • Maintain and upkeep all learning process parameters by closely working with GM-L&D.
  • Monitor learning process progress and control the process by appropriate tracking mechanisms.
  • Maintain and report Learning Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Coordinate all development tasks of talent development process, succession planning process.
  • Maintain progress track of talent development outcomes and execute development plans.
  • Closely work with GM-L&D on talent development needs based to support functional needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of exposure in L&D domain.
  • Possession of a Postgraduate degree in HR or L&D.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
